Annual Convention Assessment of Learning & Program Evaluation
Please fill out the ASHA CEU Participant Form at the end ofthe convention. If you want to receive ASHA CEUs from the convention, you must pay the ASHA CE Registry fee in order to be eligible to earn ASHA CEUs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for maintaining records of your CE contact hours on your own.
